Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at help@postmissionplanner.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account.
2. The Service and its availability
Post-Mission Planner is a personal planning tool for calendars, events, goals, habits, reminders, and relationship records. Features may depend on our servers, your device, internet access, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, calendar providers, or other third-party services.
We may add, change, restrict, suspend, or remove any feature. We may suspend or permanently discontinue some or all of the Service, including accounts, synchronization, integrations, or hosted storage, at any time. We do not promise that the Service, servers, integrations, support, updates, or any particular feature will remain available for any period. Where reasonably practicable, we will try to provide advance notice of a permanent shutdown, but notice may not be possible.
A shutdown, outage, account termination, provider change, or software failure may prevent access to server-based features and may result in the deletion or permanent loss of hosted content. The Service is not a backup service. Do not use it as the only copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, noncommercial use and as permitted by the Apple App Store rules. Except for this license, we retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and documentation.
4. Purchases, access, and refunds
The app includes free features. Full Access may be offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase at the price displayed by the Apple App Store. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charge. A purchase permits the purchasing account to use eligible features while those features and the Service remain available and operated. It is not a promise of perpetual app, server, integration, support, update, or feature availability.
Apple processes purchases and determines payment, tax, restoration, and refund eligibility under its rules and applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. You can attempt to restore a purchase through Settings → Full Access → Restore Purchase using the applicable Apple ID. Restoration may require an active Post-Mission Planner account, network access, and successful verification by Apple and RevenueCat.
5. Your content and other people
You retain ownership of the events, goals, habits, notes, contact records, map pins, saved map places, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and legally comply in connection with the Service. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to temporary backup retention and legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary permission to add information about other people, including contact details, relationship notes, attendee information, and shared calendar content. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use or information whose loss or disclosure would create unacceptable harm.
6. Integrations and synchronization
Optional integrations may read, import, create, update, or delete information in Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, Apple Contacts, Google Calendar, or other services according to the permissions and settings you select. Synchronization may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or affected by conflicts, provider rules, network failures, revoked authorization, or changes made in another application. You are responsible for reviewing synchronization settings and maintaining separate copies when needed.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their continued availability, security, accuracy, or conduct. We may disable an integration if its provider changes or withdraws access.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person's rights;
- Upload content you do not have permission to process;
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, credentials, or source code;
- Disrupt, overload, scrape, probe, or circumvent the Service or its security controls;
- Introduce malware or use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material;
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
8. No professional advice or affiliation
The Service is a general personal-planning tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, ecclesiastical, or other professional advice and should not be used to make time-critical or safety-critical decisions. Post-Mission Planner is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Apple, Google, Canvas, or any other integration provider.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express, implied, or statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device or provider, or available for any period.
We do not guarantee the retention, accuracy, delivery, synchronization, preservation, or recoverability of Your Content. Outages, defects, security incidents, third-party failures, account actions, provider changes, or discontinuation may cause content to be delayed, duplicated, changed, corrupted, unavailable, or permanently lost.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post-Mission Planner and its owner, personnel, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, replacement services, or loss, corruption, or disclosure of data arising from or related to the Service, even if advised that such harm was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of those parties for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid for the Service or US $100. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where nonwaivable, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits exclusion. Your mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Post-Mission Planner and its owner against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your unlawful or intentional misuse of the Service, or your violation of another person's rights. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.
12. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, security or legal risk, nonpayment where applicable, or discontinuation of the Service. When access ends, hosted features may stop and server-stored content may become unavailable or be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Provisions concerning ownership, licenses needed to complete deletion, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting a regulator or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Before a material change applies to an existing account, we will provide reasonably conspicuous notice and, when required, request affirmative acceptance. A change does not retroactively reduce rights or increase obligations for an existing dispute unless applicable law permits it and you expressly agree.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience only.
